Hello, we are reaching out to let you know lead times for TruckVault products may exceed 6 to 7 weeks in the near future. 
 
We have unfortunately experienced several positive cases of COVID at our Virginia facility. To protect our workers' health, we have decided to shut down the facility for several days to facilitate testing for all staff. We estimate work will resume next week with staff that test negative. This will of course push orders onto a longer lead time. 
 
To mitigate this, we will be transferring some orders to our Washington State facility and ramping up with overtime. We will be reaching out individually to affected customers once we have new estimated shipping dates to communicate. Please let us know if you have any special requirements and we will do everything we can to accommodate them. 
 
We appreciate your patience as we work through this issue. We are confident that our lead times will return to normal levels soon.
